I began working out avidly after graduating from high school, in 2001. Since then I have been reading and researching fitness topics. When I graduated, my weight was 185 pounds with 28% body fat, and now I am 190 pounds with 13% body fat. This to me has been my biggest achievement; which is losing weight and gaining muscle at the same time. I’ve been personal training since December 2004, and I'm certified by Can-Fit Pro, which is the most recognized certification board in Canada.
