I am a BIG fitness enthusiast and my friends and family can find me at the gym 5 days a week as well as teaching in the evenings. My realms of experties include: weight training, running, and proper nutrition for training. I enjoy learning new styles of exercise and am passionate about getting women on weights and more kids active. Currently I am working on completing my Masters in International Public Health and have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
