I turned to yoga to help heal my back, due to
scoliosis. The profound benefits were life changing physically,
mentally and spiritually. In 2007 I decided to take my yoga practice one step
further, and began the 200 hour Hatha teacher training course. Winter 2009, I completed the Yin Yoga
Teacher Training, and just recently completed part 1 of the Thai Yoga Massage certification course.
My classes incorporate synchronizing breath with movement, core strength, and building internal heat. I teach various levels of yoga, ranging from beginner classes to more invigorating power classes. The classes that I currently teach are classic hatha, power, yin, and gentle.
