Nancy has studied and practiced Ashtanga yoga since 2005. She is a Yogaworks Teacher Level 1 certified, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) through the nationally recognized Yoga Alliance since 2014. Following her earning her MS in Exercise Science, she has welcomed the diversity of her studies to include becoming a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Wellcoaches trained Health & Wellness Coach, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, & Meditation. Nancy’s journey now allows her the opportunity to teach and share this magical gift with you. Through her energy, integrity, compassion and commitment, it is her hearts’ desire to make a genuine and significant difference in other people’s lives. All that is required is the belief in the possibility of change!
