After completing 11 marathons, countless half marathons, and other road races, my body told me it was time to stop distance running. An injury brought me to yoga, which changed my life. Yoga was a whole body practice, inside and out. After taking yoga classes of all kinds for 3 years, I was ready to take my practice to a deeper level. North Shore Yoga gave me the tools to help me find my home in vinyasa flow. Through teacher training, I discovered so much about the history and philosophy of yoga. I found out that it was not only a physical practice, but a way of life that was compassionate and true. When it was over, I wanted to bring yoga to everyone I knew! Yoga makes me a better mother, wife, daughter and friend. I am excited each day to have the opportunity to live my yoga and share it with others.
