Christina Stein

I am looking for opportunities to network and meet people in the health and fitness field.  I am a mother of two children and currently work as an Exercise Physiologist for Hurlburt Field AFB in Florida.  I enjoy all outdoor activities, to include hiking, SCUBA, surfing, biking, canoeing, kayaking and everything in between.  I am described as a high-intensity instructor when leading our mandatory Boot Camp for Active Duty personnel twice daily.  Our exercise sessions range from spinning, calisthenics, water agilities, beach runs, and functional training workouts integrating BOSU balls, stability balls, and body bars.
