I have been active my entire love with a love for team sports playing basketball, soccer, and tennis in highschool in my hometown of South Lake Tahoe, CA, where I also return every season to ski, snowboard, snowshoe, kayak and hike.
I played co-ed soccer through my college years and continued to stay active in the gym while learning the benfits of weight training and a proper nutrition. For the past 5 years I been involved in a variety of sports, fitness and outdoor adventures. I became an Advanced Scuba Diver, diving in Monterey, Hawaii, Jamiac and Lake Tahoe. I also enjoy running and have completed 6 marathons in the past year in Big Sur, San Francisco, Oregon, and California, including a 50 mile ultra marathon! In my spare time, I enjoy swiming, bikking, Bikram Yoga, and competing in local Endurnace races and Iron Girl Triathalons. My husband and I love cooking and wine tasting while enjoying the outdoors and organic farming.
Fitness and a balanced, healthy lifetstyle are the core themes throughout my classes and I love inspiring other to reach their goals through hard work and dedication. I encourage people to find excercises and fitness activities that they enjoy, coupled with a positive mental attitude and anything is possible!
