I am extremely dynamic and passionate top notch fitness professional with a strong educational background and 11 years teaching experience. Currently I am employed with the Canadian Forces as the Fitness Coordinator for CFB Cold Lake, working with the military is a very challenging and rewarding position. I am a highly sought after group fitness instructor and am a certified personal trainer who focuses on functional fitness and achieving results. I teach a variety of fitness classes - my specialties are spinning, yoga, boot camp, muscle pump and core conditioning. Teaching a variety of fitness classes allows me to train a multitude of clients and effectively cross-train the body for maximum total body conditioning while keeping fitness fresh and fun. In my free time I enjoy running, yoga, spinning, snorkeling and cooking. I love fitness and I love to travel, to me this experience is a match made in heaven.
