Michelle Waring

I've been exercising since I was 17 years old I went to Boces for Nursing I received my LPN [License practical Nurse] in 1980. I got married in 1982,with the birth of my daughter in 1984 I became a mom,[which holds many titles]two more children followed. Always keeping my memberships active faithfully going to several classes a day Practicing yoga/pilates my instructor encouraged me to study pilates. I did and he gave me one on one instuction and a world of opportunity.After teaching for a couple of years without certification I took a home study course with Sara city. I have a primary group certification with IFTA and a personal training with IFTA My daughter is in her 3rd year of college the other two boys are well on there way so I'm looking forward to enjoying possible employment with you.
