Neila Bond

I am married to a lovely man and we have  two children one of each. My daughter is a senior at Xavier University in New Orleans and my son is a freshman in high school. I began my career in the fitness industry because it is so hard to be a working artist even if it is in the Theater. I also have a family history of heart disease and I wanted to live differently and teach my children how to have balance in their lives. My fitness philosophy...take care of the inside and it will help you take care of the outside.

 I love what I do because it puts a smile on somene elses face for a little while:-)
