Cathy Ramsey

I have been teaching step, low/high impact aerobics, and weight lifting since 1991. As a new employee of the YMCA in 1991, I raised the average participation of my lunchtime class from 6 to 35 within 6 months. I am a former University of SC cheerleader and dancer with high energy. I am certified through the body training systems to teach Body Step, Body Pump, and Body Flow. I currently average 8 classes per week and specialize in step with weights and pilates/yoga combination.
