Noa Sade

Yoga Instructor, 201 289 1530

Specializing in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Therapy

Since I can remember, body-mind connection was fascinating for me, when I met Yoga it was love at first class!

Training:

I am practicing Yoga since 2001 and been dedicating my life to study and research the subject, I practiced in Israel, South Africa and USA.

I study Vedanta (Yoga philosophy) since spring 2006, which gives my students a profound view and a wider understanding of Yoga.

I study since 2005 at Jivamukti Yoga and at Dharma Mitra Yoga in New York.

I have been taking private classes with master teacher of Yoga Therapy – Neta Catz.

Summer 2004:  I received a 300-hour certification in Israel through "Hanuman's Yoga House"

Summer 2007:  I completed 200-hour training in New York City through "Sonic Yoga".

Teaching:

2004-2006: Teaching at “Hanuman’s” including children classes ages 5-7

2004 – 2006: Teaching at  ”Prana Yoga”

2005-2006: Teaching at “Carmel view country club”

2006- 2007: Teaching at “Satyam school of Yoga and meditation”

Feb 2008 - Jan 2009 - "Surya Yoga Academy", Hoboken NJ

Nov 2009 - and on - Cando fitness center, Edgewater NJ

Nov 2009 - and on - I am the private instructor for Tiger Schulman trainees.

I have experience teaching different types of yoga.

I have a lot of experience teaching one on one session, through Yoga, I have helped many people loose weight and over come different health issues.

I believe my talent is to take each practitioner to the path and practice that is right for them, while still challenging and expanding their abilities, even when teaching a large group of people.

My classes integrate Vinyasa – free, creative and joyful flow,

With a strong emphasize on alignment and Yoga therapy.

I see the practice of Yoga as a sacred path to reach truth and peace, in and out

And so I am looking forward to pass on the peace and strength this practice has brought into my life.

"Yoga is never about any teacher’s career, but always about the students benefit"
