I have been working in the fitness industry for 20 years. I teach a variety of formats with my favorite being yoga but include pilates, cycling, weight classes and bootcamp. I am 200 hour certified through Beth Shaw and Yoga Fit teaching a Vinyasa styled yoga class. Along with teaching, I enjoy competing in long distance triathlons and love to travel to different places to race. When I am home I love being with my family and our rescue dogs.
