William Dudley

Hello, I am William Dudley, born in Chicago before moving briefly to Marion, Alabama, where I attended Marion Military Institute all four years of high school.  I participated in various sports in high school including cross country and swimming. I moved back to Illinois in 1989 after my  father passed away  due a heart attack caused by obesity. I gravitated towards gyms and group exercise  due to the never ending quest to live a healthy lifestyle and encourage others to do the same. I struggled with my weight and height growing up and in general had a low self esteem of myself. All that changed for me when I embraced a fitness lifestyle.  I am passionate about fitness and hope that you will join me.
