Nicole LaBonde holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Dance, as well as a degree in Music, from Eastern University. She is the Executive Director of Indigenous Pitch Dance Collective, Inc., a non-profit collaboration of dance companies that provides free dance camps for children who have experienced natural or socio-economic disaster. She joined Indigenous Pitch is 2009, combining her organizational expertise and a corporate mindset with her love of movement.
Ms. LaBonde has created dances for Main Line First Friday, the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, the Denver Independent Choreographers Project, and the annual conference of the Pennsylvania State Association of Health Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Recently, she has provided lecture/demonstrations about dance to public schools in the Philadelphia area. Her performance credits include the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Malvern ArtFest, and the ETC. Series.
Ms. LaBonde teaches ballet, jazz and modern at First Position Dance Arts in Ardmore. She also teaches Zumba at that studio and other fitness locations in the area. Nicole is a certified Pilates Instructor through the prestigious Romana’s Pilates program. She teaches group and private lessons at Pilates for Movement in Bryn Mawr. She is also a corporate wellness consultant.
