Jan's mission is to help her clients optimize their health and well-being by making sustainable lifestyle changes.  She has several years of experience working with all ages, sizes and abilities from athletes to busy moms to stroke and cancer survivors.   Her approach is to provide challenging but safe workouts drawing from a number of varied formats including the traditional cardio and weight workouts to sessions that incorporate yoga, Pilates, and balance training. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, personal training certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and has extensive experience and training in group exercise modalities including Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Aqua-Aerobics, and weight training.
