Deanna has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Deanna enjoys working one on one with clients using custom designing workout with weights and pilates principals. She has also had extensive training in the Stott Pilates Method for mat exercises using bands, rings and the bosu as well as the reformers, cadillac, chairs and barrels. She also loves teaching pilates in a class format because she has seen so many people improve their posture,balance, flexibility and body awareness.
