Tricia Madden

Tricia is avid exercise enthusiast and absolutely believes in the power of having a pet in your life.  She is an ACE and AFAA certified fitness instructor, continuing education provider and star of 6 highly acclaimed commercial DVD's. Tricia is a master trainer for Beaming, Gymstick, Gliding and Bender Ball Training Systems. She is also the creator of Urban Striptease Aerobics with over 1300 instructors in the United States, and My Best Friend's Work-out. She is currently the Group Fitness Director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA and former club owner.
