Micheline Barben's has a passion for exercise and loves to share this with all those she meets. After receiving her Group Fitness Certification in 1995 she began teaching, and 14 years later is still going strong. She teaches a variety of formats including Kickboxing, Zumba, Sculpting, Cycling, Aqua, PiYo(pilates and yoga), Boot Camps, Stretch, Step and HiLo. Micheline enjoys teaching a variety of age and fitness levels- from children's fitness, adult fitness and senior fitness, from teaching the beginning exerciser to the ultra fit, Micheline has the ability to reach them all. As a mother of eight, Micheline is a great example of health and fitness and accepts no excuses. She,. enjoys the opportunity to help others reach their own health and fitness goals.
