Kathleen Rush

I have been teaching group excercise classes for 24 Hour Fitness for the last 6 years and also taught for YMCA in Denver, CO for 1 year where I was put through Group Exercise training there.  I teach Step classes weekly and also teach strength formated classes as well as freestyle class.  I taught Aqua classes for Lakewood Athletic Club in Lakewood, Colorado for 1 year prior to closes the doors to the club.

I've learned a lot through my past 10 years in teaching group exercise classes and enjoy working with groups and on a one-on-one basis. 

I am full-time executive assistant for the Chief Marketing Officer at AEG-LA Live in Los Angeles, CA.
