In 1998 I decided to take my love for the Spinning program to the next level by becoming a Mad Dogg Athletics certified Spinning instructor.  After becoming an instuctor I realized that my passion was not limited to Spinning but for the fitness and wellness industry in general and decided to become a personal trainer.  I have been continuosly employed since 1998 as an instructor and Personal Trainer since 2000 at various facilities.  I have been exclusively employed by Fitness Incentive since 1999.  As Spinning Program Director I auditioned, interviewed and hired instructors, prepared Energy Zone scheduled, provided and facilitated training and continuing education for the instructors. 

As a Personal Trainer I helped to implement our athletic training program and work with clients of all fitness levels including post rehabilitation clients.
