Dee Yarbrough

I am currently a Group Fitness Instructor at the Siskey YMCA in Charlotte, NC. We are the largest YMCA in the United States with over 31,000 members. I teach 8-10 classes a week. I am also a CEC Provider for both ACE and AFAA presenting workshops in the following disciplines: Cardio Kickboxing, Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt, Step, Progressive Step, Partner Step, Athletic Conditioning, and Cycle.
