Mark Wexler

I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology with specialties in sports psychology and neuropsychology. I started performing with the Folk Dance Troupe of Toledo at age 20. I am a musician and composer. I won the 1994 All-Armed Forces Bodybuilding championship in my weight class and appeared in the August issue of Flex Magazine, 1995. I specialize in teaching Salsa and fitness dances/workouts including Zumba, HIIT, yoga, and other specialty formats.
