A qualified Personal Trainer  who specialises in pilates instruction (matwork and equipment).  I became a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor in July 2009. Ideally looking for more permanent work opportunities. I lived in the Caribbean(Antigua) for 9 years and have Caricom nationality so would be able to work there. I teach pilates from post-rehab to advanced level therefore capable of tailoring workouts for most clientele.
