I have been a spinning instructor for over 4 years. Personal training for 3 years.
I have worked in the health, fitness, and education profession for over 24 years.
I love teaching! I have been involved in all levels of cycling, from coaching the USA Disabled cycling team to teaching beginning woman in a club setting.
I would like the opportunity to broaden my teaching to other places.
