Diana Valdejuli-Meacham

I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela. I moved to the United States when I was 10 years old however, my passion for the music, language and culture has stayed with me. I've traveled a great deal through out my life because I have family living in places such as Colombia, Spain, Puerto Rico and Italy.  I went to college in Pennsylvania and majored in Markieting/Advertising. I owned my own food business for years then went back to school and was certified as a Elementary Teacher. I now teach Spanish to Pre-K through 8th grade. My passion for my Latin heritage and language has brought me to a place where I can not only teach the language to all ages but bring the love of exercise and dance. I teach a latin dance exercise class called Zumba.  Zumba can decrease ones stress level and increase productivity at work. I love that Zumba is challenging in so many ways. Its not only good physical exercise, its good for the head, memory, physical coordination and balance, its good for our hearts and soul - it makes us a happier person. We feel like a kid again! I love sharing this passion with others!
