- Mary Yamona
Mary has participated in the evolution of fitness since 1980 and has over 15 years experience as fitness director, ten years as a personal trainer and twenty-nine years in the fitness industry teaching a variety of fitness classes. She began her career as an “Aerobics Instructor” in Little Rock, Arkansas at Jim Botins Fitness Center. She moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1988
where she began her twenty-one year career with Flatiron Athletic Club.
Early in her career, she taught high impact aerobics, and over the years, has worked to improve fitness techniques. While employed with Flatiron Athletic Club her primary duty is Fitness Director while also teaching all levels and styles of aerobics and fitness classes. One of her passions is designing her classes and getting to know the students.
Mary has had articles published about her in FIT Magazine and the Boulder Daily Camera, highlighting her abilities to recruit and motivate beginning-to-advanced individuals.
At Flatiron Athletic Club, as the fitness director Mary is responsible for:

- Evaluate and manage instructors
