I have been active my entire life. My background is dance and cheerleading. I was introduced to weight training in college, and became a certified personal trainer through AFAA after my children entered school. After moving to Colorado in 1997, I became passionate about tennis, but a foot injury led me to Pilates. I realized that it was the perfect addition to my routine and I made the decision to get trained through Stott. I ran an outdoor Boot Camp for 5 years, incorporating interval training while using minimal equipment and body weight exercises. I continue to educate myself, and just recently completed a yoga workshop, and a nutrition workshop. I pride myself in my ability to connect with my clients quickly and easily. I enjoy challenging people and I incorporate balance tools such as fit balls and BOSUs. My hobbies include tennis, running, reading, and spending time with family.
