Amanda Little has been teaching yoga since 2007 and completed the YogaSource 200 Hour Teacher Training Program in 2009. She finds that yoga has brought a strong balance to her life - both on the mat and off. Her background in dance helped her find a deep connection Vinyasa style classes. Amanda brings a lighthearted approach to her classes while deeply honoring every student's individuality. Classes are always interjected humor, laughter and acceptance.
Additionally, Amanda is a certified Barre Instructor and completed her Source Barre Method certification in 2011.
