I love health and fitness, and have always been an educator. Sharing my passion for fitness is what I do. Wether you are coming of an injury, training for a specific sport, need to loose weight, get stronger, or just want your butt kicked - I enjoy it all. No two workouts are the same. I stay current with the latest industry trends, classes, and equipment on the market. I enjoy circuit training/boot camp style, and cycling the most for group fitness - making it fun, a learning experience, and great for the body and mind = all good. I also have taught my clients how to run, hike, and take them on adventures snow shoeing and trekking. I enjoy all sports, except for golf, because I just don't have the time right now.
