Jessica started her study of yoga in the Kripalu style. One of her favorite experiences is working as a program assistant at the Kripalu Center in Lenox MA. After a few years of study in the Kripalu tradition, Jessica studied Iyengar Yoga for a couple of years. From there, Jessica was introduced to the Baptiste Power Vinyasa. She has completed teacher trainings with Fitness Resource Associates in Needham and with the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Boston. Jessica has received her RYT200 from the Yoga Alliance in Clinton, MD. While teaching yoga, Jessica starting taking pilates classes and from there went on to become certified to teach pilates. She also enjoys studying Astanga Yoga, Pilates, and working with weights. Her teaching style is primarily Vinyasa with some longer holds and strengthening sequences. In addition to yoga, Jessica has certifications in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Primary Group Exercise and Personal Training.
