I have been practicing yoga for almost 15 years now. I enjoy the journey and the constant challenge of yoga, always something new to be learned, not only physicall but mental. I was encouraged by a former teacher of mine to go for the training course, which I completed and have been teaching ever since. My teaching style is more of a flow yoga class with balancing poses incorporated in the practice. I enjoy sharing yoga with others and being able to guide them in their practice.
