Namaste! I have a passion for fitness and mind/body health! I have been actively teaching classes for over 10 years now. I have also worked as the Director of Group Fitness for the club I am currently teaching at for 1.5 years. My background is diverse. It started with yoga and pilates and has transformed to an overall love for fitness and a challenge. I also teach cardio kickboxing and boot camp style classes. I love to help people reach their goals and get them to a place where they are feeling great and have an enthusiasm about them. I hope to continue sharing my passion and spreading it!Â
