I began my fitness career in college while majoring in sport and exercise science. After completing my degree, I started my first position at a local YMCA as a Fitness Instructor. While at the YMCA, I co organized their annual 5k run and assisted the director with various projects. My next experience was at a community outreach organization that focused on helping people with osteoporosis, arthritis, and other rheumatic disorders. I led 3 exercise classes that were designed to promote joint mobility and bone strengthening. After leaving that position, I began my personal training career at a family owned fitness center. I have since moved into a new position as Assistant Fitness Director at a Jewish Community Center in Pennsylvania.
