Janis Stevens

I've always been a gym rat, but after the birth of my son in 2003, I fell in love with Spin, and decided to get certified as an instructor. As time goes on, and new formats come around, and my body changes, I get excited to see what else I can learn and add to my repertoire!  I currently teach spin, yoga, conditioning, and Pilates.    My favorite thing about instructing is connecting with people and making a difference in their day, in their lives.  Combining my love of travel and meeting people all over is why I've been with Fitness Travel Pro for so many years!  It doesn't feel like a job!
