Erin Lawry

I have been married for 14 years and have three boys:  Ben 12, Nate 10, and Gabe 8.  I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.  I got into the fitness industry when I was 28 years old.  I started working at the YMCA in Greenwood, Indiana.  I started running and doing marathons 8 months post partum from my third child.  I have done 13 marathons (Boston twice), 2 ultra-marathons, sprint/olympic/half triathons and one full Ironman (August 2009).  All of my races and times can be looked up on Athlinks.com.  On October 15th, 2009 I won overall female in the whitetail Trail Marathon.  I am very enthusiastic and a great motivator.  Although I am motivated to push myself, I am capable of teaching all levels.  I have trained clients with injuries and disabilities of all kinds and have been able to keep them motivated and become stronger.
