I have 17 years in the Fitness Industry as a Fitness Instructor in a multitude of areas.  I have taught to the elderly and the young.  I have taught classes such as Step, Floor Aerobics (both hi and low), Powerflex, Body Scultping, Forms of Yoga...Pilates and Tai Chi, Stability Ball, Cycle, Boot Camp, Kick Boxing, and Running classes. 

I enjoy motivating people and inspiring them to live a healthy lifestyle.  I have met so many people over the years and have made many many friends because of my involvement in their lives as their "coach".  I will continue my quest to make a difference in as many peoples lives as I can.
