Ozzie Jacobs believes that exercise is a healing tool for the mind and body. She views exercise as a moving meditation that will enhance spiritual, emotional and physical well being for the obese, overweight, depressed and highly stressed individual (individuals that have found themselves disconnected from their true sense of self). Ms. Jacobs uses exercise to establish a reconnection that paves the way for a healthier standard of living.

Her unique experience within the health and wellness field include: working with corporate health and wellness companies, training and educating the general fitness enthusiast as well as the over-weight person struggling with their self-esteem, self-confidence and body image. Ms. Jacobs’ inspiring demeanor and vast knowledge of exercise theory and technique allows her to make exercise accessible to anyone regardless of their fitness level or their environment. Ms. Jacobs dismantles the assumption that exercise is a laborious task that can only change an individual’s physical appearance.
