I have been teaching in the fitness industry for 8 years.  My classes have ranged from step, low impact cardio, ball, toning, yogalates, Pilates mat and seniors cardio and toning.  After teaching a variety of classes and personal training in a gym setting my focus has changed to the mind/body area of fitness, mainly Pilates.

In 2008 founded Pilates Port Perry and teach a variety of classes from a Pilates mind set.  These classes include beginner and Intermediate Pilates mat, Yogalates (a beautiful flowing classs combining Pilates with Yoga, dance, tai chi and traditional fitness), Pilates on the ball, Seniors Mat/Armchair Pilates and cardio/interval Pilates.  My personal training portion of the business is located in a Physiotherapy Clinic.  I offer Pilates mat, Reformer and Cadillac training on Stott Pilates newest reformer, the V2Max.  Continually updating my training at The Stott Pilates International Certification Centre in Toronto has kept my training current and helped maintain an enthusiastic approach to fitness.
