Natasha is a trainer who knows first hand how hard the weight loss track can be. She spent years struggling with her weight and tried every fad diet around before finding something that worked. By adding healthy foods and exercise into her lifestyle, she was able to lose 70 pounds and hasn't looked back.
Now and avid Fitness enthusiast, Natasha spends her spare time learning as much as she can about fitness and nutrition. She is now certified as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Group Fitness Specialist and a Yoga Instructor. Her latest achievement involved obtaining her Pre/Post Natal Fitness certification and Labor Support training which will enable her to help new families through the stages leading up to, during, and after the birth of their baby.
Now Natasha's focus is on how strong and confident her lifestyle has made her, and s he trains people because she believes that a lifestyle change is the only way to truly reach your goals.
