I enjoy helping clients meet their fitness goals. Good health and happiness go hand in hand.  I have participated in competitive body builder, and won Ms. Natural Illinois 2005 as well as first place in the Masters class of the NPC Grand Prix All Natural.  I help my clients understand that getting and stayimg fit can be fun. I have always worked out during any vacation I've taken, and know that it adds an element of satisfaction and enjoyment.
