I have been an athlete all of my life. For the past 20 years i have built up a LARGE following in Westchester COunty, New York for my unique classes and individually designed training programs. I have been featured in the local Journal News Magazines, Lifeforlife.com, All Natural BOdybuilding website and have contributed articles on fitness off and on for years for many publications.

After years in the corporate world of sales and marketing, i decided to start my own training business to accommodate raising my daughter. She is now 18 and off to college which enable me to travel more and explore more areas of fitness, not so local.

My music is motivating. My teaching in fun, informative and never the same old, same old, over and over.

My daughter and i have lived together and she has been raised by me. She too, an athlete, in her own way, different from me. A hugely successful equestrain and dancer. She too, can teach hip hop and fun dance classes, and has been teaching since 14 years old.

I am proud to say, my career has been a great success and besides raising Talia, my greatest joy. Laurie
