I am a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Physical Education, and will be earning my Master's degree this December in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus on injury prevention. I am a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have been helping people of all ages and abilities reach their training goals since 2004. I played 3 seasons with the San Francisco Giants organization from 2004-2007. I currently live with my wife of four years in our hometown of Columbus, OH.
