I have a diverse background and have experience working in Physical Therapy settings, community fitness facilities and in various corporate fitness centers through MediFit Corporate Services. As an advocate of youth fitness, I was a coach for competitive cheerleading squads for girls’ ages 10-14 years old. I am also an active supporter of the Central Jersey Volleyball Academy in Flemington, NJ as the Strength and Conditioning Coach to 60+ girls and a health and wellness educator and presenter to their parents and families.
Hobbies:
I am an avid runner and have completed numerous local running events of various distances from 5K to marathons. One of my proudest moments is crossing the finish line at the New York City Marathon in 2005 with hopes of participating in more running races in the future.
