LOIS BURKINS

My twenty-two years of teaching have included Gold's and New York Sports Club.While teaching English at North Rockland High School,I became the aerobics coach for the district. I have worked as both an exercise instructor and personal trainer for clients 10 through 80.I teach water classes at The Country Club of Hilton Head to able-bodied participants as well as to Arthritis sufferers.At the current time,I am the only Arthritis Certified instructor offering classes to the general public.
