I am a mother of 3 (10, 7, 5yrs old). I was a competitive swimmer growing up, and began working in the Health Club the day after I got back from Nationals my Senior year in college. I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life. My specialties would be Step (I am told that I am a good "teacher" and easy to follow, good 8-ct, cueing, etc), and Sculpting/Conditioning. I also have been teaching Aqua for the past 5 yrs, although a little more intense than the "traditional". I have also taught Kids Aerobics classes as well as coached soccer for the past 5 yrs. I've also coached competitive swimming and taught swimming lessons at all levels. My daughter and I are also on a Water Ski Show Team. I am 5'5" and 116 lbs, and have been very fortunate (but worked hard at) to stay in incredible shape my entire life.
