This is one example of my cycling class. I started teaching cycle class 1 year ago. I taught in a closet 2 days a week starting with 3 women for 45min. I now have 27 members in my cycle class. Men and women of all ages teaching 6 days a week for 1 hour. We only have 27 bikes (hoping to purchse more even a cycle studio). I have all ages taking my class and new members all the time trying the class out. My class just keeps growing that is why I am teaching 6 days a week. You have to get to the YMCA a least 1 hour before the class starts to get a bike. I have them cycle at the level they are most comfortable with at first and gradually continue to increase the intensity of the bike. Everyone is saying that this is the best cardio/core/strength training workout they have ever taken.
