Dee has worked in the fitness industry for 16 years. She has appeared in numerous TV interviews and magazines such as Fitness Magazine naming her "Perky, Fit, and Famous." Her fitness DVD's sell in stores and on-line in popular stores such as Best Buy and Blockbuster. She has many certifications in older adult, youth, and adult training. She loves teaching dance, strength & conditioning and just about anything that has to do with movement! Dee loves to travel and meet new friends across the globe.
