Helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through fun and motivating exercise classes for over 15 years to various groups at corporations, fitness studios, and health clubs. I love teaching fitness classes and try to get to know my clients on individual basis and help them understand and achieve the benefits of exercise. I've been teaching all different types of formats such as dance based fitness, high/low impact, sculpt, kick boxing, circuit training, step, and stretch. My classes are energetic and people enjoy coming to them!
