Megan Bowe is a personal trainer and pilates instructor based in Nottingham.  

Megan now organises popular bootcamps, fit camps and training workshops throughout the year, introducing people to new ideas, and helping them to enjoy exercise and healthy living!

She is renowned for converting fitness phobics into keen exercise enthusiasts.  

Megan is fully qualified in a wide range of areas, including Personal Training, Sport Massage, Swiss Ball, Pilates, Pain Relief and Kettlebells.  Megan is an accredited member of The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS)

Megan Bowe is one of the leading female personal trainer and Pilates instructors in the UK, something supported by her hundreds of satisfied clients.

Megan began her career in the fitness industry in 2006 after graduate with a Sports Science Honours degree from Birmingham University. After travelling and working in America, and completing her training back in the UK, she has always had a passion for helping others and spreading her infectious positivity and enthusiasm wherever she goes.

Currently balancing her working life between tutoring and training new personal trainers while training her own clients either in person or online, Megan spends her own time learning and trying anything and everything she can to continue to ‘practice what she preaches’ and improve upon her knowledge and skills to better herself and her clients.

Megan’s approach to exercise is appropriate to all, regardless of your gender, age or ability level.

Educating and teaching the basic and fundamental principles of health and fitness is her passion and Megan helps people on a daily basis rediscover the simple yet innovative ways in which anyone can succeed on their journey to fitness, fat loss and health..

Megan has been featured in Tatler magazine and has trained a variety of different clients from professional footballers and athletes to businesses to private individuals.

Megan’s dream is to change the way people exercise, returning to a simple active way of live, working with her clients to educate and teach those who are serious about achieving amazing results quickly and making these changes a lifestyle and a habit not a chore.
